Report a translation problem
1) Unless you tick "auto loot everything" in options, you have to manually click on items after the battle in order to get them. Otherwise you discard them. Judging from what you are writing this seems to be the case here.
2) Enemies killed by your allies won't drop loot for you.
3) Items that are too damaged/destroyed won't be looted.
4) Not all of the items will be lootable, even if they aren't destroyed.
options 2-4 definitely do not apply. Let me try rephrasing my explanation.
After the fight is over, you literally see all of the loot that was dropped and gained from the fight. In the middle of the screen between the two windows, you'll see your stash and the loot you'll acquire. I'll click the "Loot All Items" button. I'll exit the screen and then open up my inventory. None of the items I just looted are there. Does that make more sense?
This isn't happening all the time. Just once in a rare while.
Seems like a bug if it's not that.
