How can I fix game launch resolution?

When I launch the game the resolution doesnt allow me to see the start menu on the right, tried using windowed launch parameters and forcing width reajust but that didn't work, first time I see this problem the game ran fine 2 months ago.
Maybe there is some keyboard command to enter windowed mode or even the options menu?

PS: Saw the launch issues pinned post and updated my drivers, that didn't work for me.
