Sry for my english, hope i helped someone)
Developers prevent these kinds of unforunate mashups by locating user-specific gamestate and settings data in native user-bound folders -- i.e., MyDocs et al. I'd guess Overhype has every intention of doing this for their 1.0 release but has back-burnered the legwork to prioritize game features and bugs. Most early-access type PC gamers are likely sole users on their gaming machines so the user impact isn't felt as keenly as say it would be when this goes into wide release. Hopefuly they get this squared by then.
This folder doesn't exist on my Windows 8.1. Also i can't find any Overhype folders inside C:\Documents and Settings\... So where are my 10 saved slots stored really ?
Just found it. Leave it here, it can be useful to someone:
"c:\Users\<CurrentUser>\Documents\Battle Brothers\savegames"
even though the app is installed at
Z:\desktop\Q-mirror\Steam\steamapps\common\Battle Brothers
Looks like you got it dialed and the app knows where it is at ;)
