Small map?
The map is pretty small, compared to those from the lets players, they are even several citys missing. Is it a randomly generated map or do you cut something out?

it is randomly generated, some maps seem bigger than others, have to keep that in mind^^

It's the exact same size and the same number of villages/cities. But I suppose it may feel smaller or larger depending on how the world was generated in some instances.

it seems that the ammount of citys are random too, i got between 4-6 citys and always 3 towers/castles, so the map size is equal but the POI are changing.

I feel the same about the size of the map. Would be nice to add randomly generated maps in the same campaign if you get to the end of a map (Left,Right,Up,Down)

For me I always end up with 1 city 1 castle 1-2 towers and around 5 villiges. Tho the map size is always the exact same with moutains and so on in the north never changing. Just all the other terrain changes(sawmps forest etc)

I hope they include an editor where we can make the maps huge, for longer games. Loving the game so far even if I am getting my butt handed to me hehe.

Larger maps would be nice, but only after more missions, storyline, enemies, etc. have been added.
Right now it doesn't really matter if there's 1 city or 100 if they all only offer the same 3 or 4 quests.

Yes i tested it several times, but i think they patched this issue. I didnt had the time to confirm this so i am not sure anymore.

My last Game I have a city and six villages + the castle and two towers. Very nice map actually I wish I could choose to make it persistant and start another company in this world once "The Crows" get eaten by werwolves.

i think expanding the map for more ways...like the place full of snow...they should add some more cities.....villages..and the defending system of the human races should make better

Are there any plans to give players some control over how the map generates? Like settings you could fiddle with for map size, campaign length (once the invasion is implemented), density of hard terrain, and so on?

Could give the game more replay value.

Something we could definitely do, but only after we're sure that we have the worldmap the way we want it to be. Which isn't yet the case.

I can't wait for different types of terrains like snow and desert, and each terrains will have different types of enemies roaming them. even the bandits will wear different type of clothings/armor
