I figured since no one was willing to bother with BB-Edit update I might as well.

You must be thinking about another tool. BB-Edit is not a trainer, it is a save editor.

I have updated the link in the original post. BB-Edit 1.7.1 now has:

• Updated visuals: replaced outdated item images with accurate representations from current game version.
  
  
• Image cleanup: removed legacy and unused images
  
  
• Bugfixes: fixed incorrect image references and non-existing items.
  
  
• New content: Added missing Anatomist potions and some other items (including the named quiver).

If you have the desire and opportunity to help with hex code contributions (I tried to reverse-engineer how the game calculates those hashes but no dice), I have compiled a list of items with missing dictionary entries:

Don't know if this is a new issue but if you try to add a new item to the stash it refuses to save. I'm spam clicking save and nothing happens. The only way to get new items is to turn existing ones into new ones.

Also, if you mess with the stash, all your armor gets repaired

You are clicking on the "SAVE STASH" button, right?
It is separate from brother saving and CTRL+S shortcut doesn't work for saving changes to the stash.

As for the second thing the code does not really save item durability when parsing the stash, and essentially regenerates all items with max durability when you modify anything in it.

Yeah I am saving the stash. But I just realized it only breaks when you add armor attachment to the stash, it works fine when you add anything else. Maybe this bug was there all along.
