The build link includes two flex perks. Stat perks are probably ideal but if you want to force yourself to try something more unique then pick Resilient or Crippling Strikes as one of them.
Ideal background is Assassin/Oathtaker on the expensive end, or Thief/Brawler/Ratcatcher on the cheaper end.
You don't need a ton of initiative in this build. I would aim for around 120 base + Hyena attachment. More is fine if you feel happy on your other stats. Fatigue investment should not be necessary.
The idea of this build is that it can 1v1 almost any enemy in the game easily. 3 Overwhelms + Fearsome morale drops can largely disable the enemy even if you don't kill them.
The synergy with Resilient is that you should outspeed most enemies including Hexen, so alongside Relentless, Resilient will allow you to ignore all debuffs by acting first, using your AP, using the "wait" command, getting debuffed, and then the debuff clearing immediately when you get your second turn from the "wait" command. Relentless allows you to maintain turn order. This also makes Goblins safer as you can be immune to Flies and poison, and this bro can be quite good against them if you give them the goblin trophy.
This build does not want to get surrounded by enemies, so try to have other bros do that duty.
