Belly Dancer...Brother with 3 traits, is it normal?

Just got a new brother with Dexterous, Spartan and Fearless, got him from an event, not only he is a belly dancer (lol) but he has 3 traits.
Is having 3 traits something about the new dlc?

Does he get additional bonuses if he turns fat? Surely more jiggle should make for a more effective belly dancer.

I've never seen anyone with 3 Traits myself.

Anyways, I just got this guy, too, and he has 70 Melee Attack. But poor HP pool and low Fatigue. I will likely dismiss him.

I dismissed him. I don't want characters with low HP or low Fatigue - much less both.
