Issue with recording with OBS

If anyone could possibly help me with my issue, I'd greatly appreciate it. Essentially, whenever I try making a recording of this with OBS, the portraits in the action bar go completely missing, and are replaced with a square box of what looks like TV static.

Is there some kind of OBS setting I should be using? I've had the issue when recording in full screen, windowed mode, and borderless window, and with multiple resolutions. Everything else records fine, just the turn order bar is completely messed up when recording, but when not recording it goes back to normal.

Or is this potentially a hardware issue on my end?

Have the same problem, it only occurs when i am recording with OBS, couldn't find a solution by now.

I fixed the problem, I had to use "Screen Capture" in OBS in the Scene/Sources Menu and NOT "Game Capture" Also I recorded in Window Mode and removed the multi adapter compatibility option in OBS.

May be a bit late, but for my stream im playing BB in windowed borderless (1080p).
Apart from that my settings are as followed:

Encoder: Hardware
Recording Qual.: Same as stream
Recording Format: mp4
Enable Replay Buffer: Off

Mode: Capture specific window
Multi-adapter Compatiblity: Off
Force Scaling: Off
Capture Cursor: On
Use anti-cheat compatibility hook: On

Look out!! OBS can corrupt your save games!!! It cuts the edges of the map and removes fog. Nothing making game unplayable but still unpleasant.
