Barbarian king vs Undead

So, I just picked this quest up to kill the Barbarian King, and instead he asked to work together to bring down a bigger threat. I said okay. His warhost wasn't that impressive. Came with a lot of thralls, 3 armored unholds, and 3 beastmasters. Figured the thralls would go down fast, but the unholds could do some work.

Got into the battle and on turn 2, 2 of the unholds switched sides and went ham on my guys. Looked it up and they can go wild if not whipped by the beastmaster. Kind of a cool mechanic, but I've never seen it happen before, and now it does when they're on my team for the first time lol. Said ♥♥♥♥ it and reloaded because the calculus on whether to take that fight was 100% dependent on those unholds, and if they switch sides, it's a completely one-sided fight.

Interesting. I usually get a bunch of Reavers and Chosen, and maybe a Drummer or two.
The King is no slouch either.

Yeah bud, I got that event too however the Barbarian King never had Unholds armored or not. If I remember correct, the warhost I got was the Barbarian King, 3-4 Thralls, 3-4 Barbarian Reavers.

I remember really liking that fight and it was the first time I had killed an Ancient Priest.

The game really needs more AI vs AI big battles. Not nearly enough in the Holy War! Players love this stuff but you don't see enough of it.
