First ambition find a camp to destroy?

Is this a bad idea? Still trying to understand the game better. I'm playing on veteran and the normal start (a new company) I think, where it always drops me near a town. Every start, I generally take a contract from the nearby town, soon I will get the first ambition popup, and for me so far it has either been "get friendly relations with a place" or "find a camp and kill it". I'm trying to find out how viable the latter option is? I managed to find a few camps, but they all had enemies that were too strong. Are there any camps out there full of mostly just brigand thugs that I could take on with my 7-8 starter-equipped brothers from 1 or two previous contracts? And is there any particular locations they tend to be?

It's an easy ambition. Don't wonder too far from civilization. You'll find some brigand or undead camp near road that you can clear, just make sure you can see what's inside. As for location, center part of map. North has barbarians so generally very dangerous at start and south has Nomads that are stronger brigands essentially(if you are good at combat you can manage these tho).

Distance from cities is major factor there.

Other way is found city wit raided carvans or raided that give contract for clear the bandot location - if it will be for low money reward it will be easy,

To be honest I would pick several other ambitions before this one so I'm sure my bros are a bit stronger, but it's not impossible.
