Any cheats/mods to make ironman game more easy?

More XP gain and money for missions/loot would be great. Just to make ocassional losses of my fellow bros a bit less crippling and frustrating.
There was perfect Campaign Tweakster Mod, but it is not updated.

Or simply not play ironman and save scum ?

You can play on easy, which will give you exactly what you want. More money for contracts, more xp for your bros, slight to hit chance and defense buff for your bros.

The simplest way to make it easier, though more time consuming is to alt+f4 from bad events/losses. I imagine though this is widely known, so I apologize if it wasn't of help.

Easy is not easy enought for me/ I need some sort os easy+ mode. It was able with Campaign Tweakster Mod. Too bad - it is outdated now :(

Tryout mod(s) make the game much, much easier, if that's what you are looking for.

if you're on legends.
world editor legends from nexus

These mods are similar to tweakster... Just cant change how much money you currently have, you will need a cheat for that.

It seems Campaign Tweakster mod works fine in current game version. I just forgot to install mod hook addition
