is it possible to destroy noble house?
during war crisis
one noble house between two other houses are sandwiched badly
now they have only one settlement - their stronghold
so now i wonder
is it possible to destroy noble house for good?

As far as I know, not during the war of the nobles, where each noble house will at least keep its capital, while the greenskins and the undead during their crises are very well capable of doing so,

"In the event of a greenskin invasion, orcs and goblins will combine forces and no longer fight each other, even sometimes attack in mixed units, which will challenge even experienced companies. They will aggressively expand into human territory with new camps, send raiding parties to pillage any attached locations (e.g. wheat farms, mines, watchtowers) and ultimately burn settlements to the ground. Attached locations act as hitpoints for settlements – only after every single such location has been destroyed, can the settlement itself be destroyed. Burned-down locations will eventually be rebuilt, if you defend a settlement for long enough, but settlements destroyed entirely will remain so permanently."

" The undead, too, seek to destroy the world of man and will burn down locations attached to settlements. Unlike greenskins, however, they won’t destroy settlements entirely but rather turn them into an undead necropolis – a heavily fortified base from which the walking dead pour down to sow dread and despair."

Alas, I dont really have a proof, in form of a post from the devs, to back that claim regarding the noble war.
Though it could be seen as an evidence on its own that it is explicitly not mentioned in the dev blog, while they do say that greenskins and the undead in their respective crises can do it.
But then again this could only apply to settlements in general and not to their strongholds.

Although the undead necropolis they show in that blog has been a stronghold, of which a noble house has only one at most, if at all, as far as I have experienced.

Long story short, best you find out and let us know. ^^

I think I once met the situation the capital castle was destroyed in orc invasion. And the noble house disappeared.

Yep,on the map seed i'm playing a noble house only has a single fishing village standing after getting raped by both undead and greenskin crises, still their settlements were all in the far north distant from eachother so the equation of snow combat all the time+days of walking to find contracts just made me abandon them for greener pastures.

Then again my next playthrough i'll just turn off the permanent destruction as it is badly implemented and ruins the game,as the map goes now i can't even venture in the north if i want to simply because it's 3 days of travel to the nearest settlement aka no provisions or resupplying possible.
