Some treasure items can only be looted from certain enemies, but I'm pretty sure I found high priced treasure (gemstones) in goblin camps before.
The difference in weapons on the other hand is undeniable.
Which type of camp the most profiable is, depends a lot on your overall playstyle:
If your playstyle is very strong against undead your expenses for fights against them will shrink compared to fighting, for example, goblins, most likely make the fight against undead more profitable.
If your playstyle is better against goblins, and not as effective against undead, the opposite might occure, or maybe other types of enemies are your companies weakpoint and will cost you more to fight.
For example, a bandit hideout, the strongest bandit camp, can drop 1 or 2 from the following list:
This is regardless of how difficult the camp composition is.
By comparison, the undead buried castle can drop 3 or 4 from the following list:
(It has Ancient Gold Coins twice, meaning it is twice as likely to drop those each time)
The exception is when clearing camps on contract.
The rewards in those circumstances are scaled up or down relative to how hard the camp is on contract compared to off contract.
For example, a 1 skull contract will reduce the loot of a harder camp, but a 3 skull contract will increase the rewards of an easier camp.
EDIT: I should specify, when I say scaled up or down I specifically mean quantity. The loot table itself doesn't change, just how many items can drop does.
