View dead brothers

Is there any way for me to review dead brothers? I believe there is not.
Whenever a brother dies, all the info I get about him is his name, title and I can see the armour of the corpse. I can also deduce what weapon he wielded during the fight since it will drop and which position he had. However, that does not tell me anything really useful.
What role did he have? What stats did he have? What was my plans for him in the context of the group? Unless I write this mental info down somewhere, I have little chance to answer this.

Please introduce a way to see the dead brother in full. This is currently the only frustration I have when playing this.

I only play in Ironman, so there is no load feature.
As such, this is a request.

It is slightly annoying to not see who the person in full after he dies in battle, in the sense of "was he worth keeping alive (ie. gear, stats, background)".
My best solution to this dilemma is to add something to his first name like "Brother (his name)" if he is worth keeping, "B." or "Bro." if he is promising, but it is not obvious that he is worth it, or adding nothing if he is fodder for the meat grinder.
Ps: Not sure if any little additions are going to be making it into the game at this point, so it is probably better to adapt in your own way.

There's a few things I have done to make each bro memorable to me. Giving each bro a squad name helps hold each one in my mind. 'Jinx' the superstitious archer, 'Keg' the alcoholic butcher, etc.

Hitting up the barbershop and beard ranking works fine too, and requires less creativity. Clean shaven or adolescent looking mustache for meat, short beards for promising guys, big bold beards for veterans with a dedicated build.

Another workaround could be to screenshot the character sheet of the merc who is likely to die, if it is possible to foresee his death.

It is a reasonable request to be able to see the stat page of any deceased bro at the point when they had been killed. To have the opinion that it is an unreasonable request is a nonsense which is only based upon personal disdain for dissenters.

There is literally no logical reason to regard this addition as a negative. Good Day.

I'd like to have some kind of 'Hall of Fame', where every Bro is memorized - even the ones you let go, because they're not good enough anymore or suffered a permanent injury.

2020 and this is still an issue…. im playing iron man, early game, havent yet remembered who is who, kinda new to game, itd be nice and make this fun, i just like having some certainty. now, i'm no programmer, but how hard could it be to add the stats to the obituary at time of death?

if person clicks on bros name in obituary bring up screenshot...

Yes, something should be done with the obituary. Maybe just allow the player to write down a note about the character after he dies, so we can customize the text that appears? We'd see that at end of battle/event that killed the bro, or in the battle report by clicking on the dead guy so we can review him and write his epitaph?

I agree there should be more information added to the obituary like they did in legends mod.

I don't think it is that difficult to do, since all the information already is available when your brother is alive.

The issue with legends is that it just doesnt work if your screen isnt large enough or whatever. So no I wouldnt say its as simple as that.
