GeForce NOW
I would love to see Battle Brothers on GeForce Now. I no longer have a working PC but thanks to GeForce Now I have been able to buy and stream PC games to other devices. Please consider opting in, this game is a masterpiece!

Out of curiosity, how do you use GeForce Now if not on a PC? Does it run on tablets?

GeForce NOW has an Android app that you can download on either a phone or a tablet. It also has a touch on-screen gamepad that can be used with Steam's controller configuration settings to emulate a controller or even a mouse and keyboard. I play a lot of PC games on my phone this way, many of which don't even have controller support, it works great.

Please dont, i spend enough time already on this game, imagine if i could play anywhere on my phone,
Seriously, it could be nice, dont know if its a priority for them tho, i would rather much have new contents or a new game in term of priority ^^

They don't need to do any work, all they have to do is click a button to Opt In, and Nvidia will do the rest.

If it is that easy(i have no clues on how it works) , then indeed they should do it. But surely its not easy as that?

Yeah from what I've always read, it's that simple and the Opt In process is integrated right into Steam. Somewhere there is a checkbox available to developers in Steam where they can enable Cloud Gaming (Nvidia). Once they do opt in, Nvidia will need do so some stuff on their end, and based on how popular the game is, it could take months for the game to actually show up on GeForce Now since I think Nvidia has a queue of games they need to enable. They aren't creating a port or adding any features to the game, all that's happening is the developers are giving Nvidia their permission to run the game on Nvidia's servers and allow Nvidia's customers to stream it (the customers still need to actually buy the game on steam to stream it via GeForce Now). I think it's similar to how Steamlink works, except instead of the end customer running the game on their own pc and streaming to their phone or tablet, the game is being run on Nvidia's servers and being streamed to Nvida's customers via the cloud.

Edit: To offer a bit more background, Nvidia used to allow users to stream all games on Steam (that meant any game in your steam library could be steamed via geforce now). Then some developers started taking issue with this and asking Nvidia to remove their game from the service. Now Nvdia only adds games where the developer has given permission, hence the opt in process. That's why it's so easy, it's just a request for permission.

A license to play a game does not mean another company can redistribute it, even if you personally bought the license. That’s what happening with GeForce Now, and it’s important to understand that. Nvidia isn’t just renting you a virtual machine. It’s renting you a virtual machine and then redistributing a video game sold by Steam under agreements that do not include Nvidia, at least not yet.

That why some game was there but much more popular game doesn't appear on GeForce Now. Which Nvidia can gain profit from customer subscription while don't need to share it with game developer for game's license that use for lure customers to subscribed there service.

Yeah, you're right, they could have handled that better. However, as a customer, I no longer have a PC, but I've spent a lot of money on PC games on Steam in the last year, because I can now stream them to my Android device via GeForce Now. In the case of Battle Brothers, if the devs give permission for Battle Brothers to be on GeForce Now I'll purchase the latest DLC immediately. Being on GeForce Now does allow the games to reach a wider audience without the devs having to spend any money to port the game to more devices.

Looks like will have to raise this issue on official game forum. It would be awesome to see BB in GeForce Now actually

And it was mentioned here already, the best part, is that it's quite easy for dev to apply.
The whole opt-in process is quite straightforward. Basically you need to sign the addendum in Steamworks and be sure, that cloud saves are enabled.
Just FYI here's the link and if you plan to share this with dev. feel free to pass it on: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/cloudgaming

I tried to post it here as a separate post, but looks like they don't read Steam forums, haha.
Glad that there are more people wanting to get BB on GFN, haha =)
