What does affect the accuracy weapon?
I find nothing about accuracy for weapons in the game. But it looks like that my axe warrior never hit something. Since 3 hours he don't make a single hit.
But my soldiers with spears nearly always hit. Is there something which affect the accuracy of a weapon? And how do i know it?

Is there something which i can skill, to get a bigger chance to hit with an two hand axe? Or does one soldier can better fight with another weapon as the one he wears? But how do i know it? Somehow the enemy nearly hits me always, which i don't understand. I'm only 5 hours in the game now, but sadly don't find anyhting about this and its frustrated me a little bit to lose a battle, because nobody hit something.

In other games you can skill a weapon skill, to get better with swords and such things. Or you can skill your accuracy. But here, would i always stay at low accuracy with some weapons? I only find things like health, meele and such things to skill or the perks.
Do i miss something?

From a basic standpoint, raising melee skill will increase accuracy with all weapons. Perks like Fast Adaptation, Gifted, and Backstabber would also help.

Increasing melee defense, equipping a shield, and grabbing defense boosting perks will increase your avoidance.

Specific weapon types can have plus or minus accuracy modifiers. As you've noticed, Spears hit more often.

Spears have +20 hit chance. Swords have +10. Flails will ignore defense granted by shields (but not Shieldwall) so Flails can be anywhere from +0 accuracy to +25.

Things like Axes and Maces have no hit chance bonus and never will.

In the early game when your bros stink you would usually be better with a Sword/Spear/Flail. When your bros get more skilled you may prefer the higher damage of other weapon types.

Ranged weapons also have various to-hit modifiers. Bow's Quick Shot for example has very poor accuracy compared to Xbows or Throwing.

Hit modifiers and other special properties of skills can be viewed by looking at the literal skill in combat or on the character screen. For example, the tooltip for a spear will not tell you that it has +20 hit chance, but if you hover over the "Thrust" skill that's where you will see it.

Many thanks for this! This help me a lot now, to know how to be better at the beginning in battles. And a lot for this: "For example, the tooltip for a spear will not tell you that it has +20 hit chance, but if you hover over the "Thrust" skill that's where you will see it."
I don't know this. I only look at the weapon and equip the one, which have the best description/ stats for me. This helps me now, to hopefully be better in the game.
Actually i mostly use weapons with the most damage. But now i know which one can hit more.

In the early game, stick to swords and spears for the most part. Flails and their ability to ignore shield bonuses are useful too, though.

At the same time, don't take any advice as gospel -- some strategies might not suit your playstyle. IMHO it's more important to understand the reasoning behind the tip, for the insight it gives you about how the game works. Trying things and seeing what works best for you is part of the fun :)

You also get accuracy bonus in mele if the ennemy is adjacent to other bros than the attacker.

Morale is also important, white flag will give a growing penalty while blue flag is a bonus. If your party has low morale it can quickly spiral down: you get a penalty so you hit less and are easier to hit, so you get hit more until everyone routs.

There are Mastery Skills you can get at Level 5, but these affect weapon skills, fatigue gain and AP use (sometimes), although sometimes the skills do gain more accuracy from the Mastery.
