Do mace and polearm perks stack?..

With nomad polemace or sword and dagger with that thing that goblin use?

Weapons only belong to one mastery category. You can see which one when you mousover. The polemace is a Mace (it also has reach, but that doesn't make it a Polearm)

Polemace is a mace that uses mace mastery. Polearm mastery is irrelevant.

The goblin thing (like the axehammer) is a two-mastery weapon and you would need two masteries to gain benefits for both skills.

EDIT: The post above by Antifringe is slightly wrong. Skills belong to masteries, not weapons. However, I'm pretty sure only the goblin sword/dagger and the axehammer are hybrids.

And the goedendag. Spear and mace mastery. Yes, it's the particular attack that has one mastery, not the weapon per se.

Except that Axe Mastery doesn't enhance Split Shield with any 2H weapon other than an axe.
