Build guide sheets

As one of our subscription milestone goals I committed to updating and improving the formatting on our build guides. I call these guides 'ours' because they weren't made individually by me, but rather by a collaborative effort by our streaming community testing and sciencing these builds on a variety of fights in game, debug mode, and simulators. I will be hopping on stream and doing a 3-5 minute video overview of each build in a few minutes.
