Lair spawning factors
Is layer spawning random beyond the initially generated dens?

I noticed that the same type of enemies seem to dominate the map with same seed. However, I am not convinced this isn't my bias and general aversion to undead enemies showing.

I think I read about it somewhere and if I'm not mistaken it works somehow like this:
There is a camp of *type of enemy
> This camp spawns wandering enemy groups of the same type
At some point these groups just settle down and create a new camp.
and so on.

So technically, barring spawned event forces, it is possible to destroy every lair and enemy party on the map? Or will a new band/lair just instantly spawn/settle to replace the one you have destroyed?

Well....technically it *could be possible.
I think there will also be more camps spawning when a crisis (undead and Greenskin invasion) starts, so you would have to do that between these two crisis.
But I guess you will have a hard time doing that. You can only be on one side of the map, so you need to find and destroy lairs quicker than they are spawning.

Its partly 'colony groups', and partly random spawns. You can never clear out all enemy lairs permanently, but you can clear them out for a while.

I think I've actually seen spawner groups before, since I've seen instances of about 80 brigands of the same clan in 3 groups boil out of a set of hills and run for it.
