Aww man, barbarian king has no special loot?
Or did I just get unlucky? :'D I kinda thought he would drop something good since he has tendency of running away when all of his warriors are down, this time I managed to hunt him down but didn't really get anything besides achievement form it

His normal gear isn't anything special, but he has a high chance of spawning as a champion with a named item. (Champion kings will always be named The King of the North and have a skull next to their portrait.)

Ah oki, so normal barbarian king is just like brigand leader or something?

More like a barb hedge knight, +20% damage included. The generic ones always have the same armor and helmet.
