Anybody fully color coordinated yet?

With the paints we can make our guys look like they're all on one team by having shields that match the banner and helmets with a similar color as well. I'm not there yet. Anybody want to post a screenshot of their blue team, black team, or green/yellow team? Curious to see how it looks with different banners. The green paint goes decent with the greedy merman/mermaid banner.

IMHO for a purely cosmetic benefit, the paints are way too expensive.

Nay. Half my shields are special (Unique, undead coffin shield, living wood shield) and you can't paint those.

They were originally even more expensive in early beta and I had complained about it, they reduced the prices but not by a lot. Crafting the regular paint isn't too bad unless you wear black or orange.

1 orc warrior party and I regretted buying/making all the shield dyes. Was cute for a bit though.

Yeah, I had greenskin crisis not long time ago. That's why I have only 2 heater shields left :)

Luckily paints are quite cheap in late game.

well, I didnt accomplish this bit of color coordination by paints like you're hoping to see, and the guys in reserve are all going battleforged, so would never match in a battle, but here is some color coordination of my guys who will be going nimble, it is only day 34, a bit over half these guys are level 6, and the rest are 5 or 4, so they wouldnt be fielded in these uniforms till they're all level 7, but here is how a nimble team could look -

they might look better if I managed to collect 12 witchhunter hats for them.

it is quite realistic that I would pick these 12 for alps over any of the battleforged guys.

I do wish they were 1) Cheaper and 2) Had a dedicated building that crafts them for easier access instead of RNG / hunting monster parts.

I normaly carry more two handers into battle, and what shield users I deploy more often have living tree shields than kite shields painted in my colors, but there would be a chance I'd look something similar to that screenshot against goblins.

edit - this is the same band that I had in straw hats and leather tunics back before the nimble nerfs, they look much better with helmets painted black and shields painted with the company skeleton banner.

I'm glad paints are rare and expensive because it provides another cool thing to chase after in the game. Only rich, successful companies will look like it.

Would be nice if we could also paint the armors and the like. But helmets will do I suppose.

Everyone wears blue in my company. Except the sergeants, they wear full red helms instead.
