Cant find the quest locations.

Most of the quests where they give location like around the region of Sandshear North West....

Any tips how to deal with this?

If these are "find location" missions then focus more on the cardinal direction than the region. Go North-West, even if you don't find the region name anywhere you will probably find the camp. Also take note of hints like "short distance away" or "long ways away" or however it is worded.

If these are the "kill x, y, and z beasts at location" then don't take the quest if you cannot find where it is on the map. I don't have any tips on this really, you are kinda screwed if you can't find it with your eyes.

when in doubt climb a mountain.
Mountains and Hills increase you vision on the map so you can spot locations from further away.

Some quests have a delayed patrol like the barb king ones... its annoying and can waste days doing nothing then bang he pops up... worst ones are the treasure hints im pretty sure they expire real time ive never found anything following lots of hints for treasure i think some spawn in unreachable locations like the sea... its dumb af
