Scatter you bros at the start into a loose formation blob.
Have either a few twohanded mace men or staff sling wielding throwing bros to apply the Daze effect. Keep them spread out a little bit so regardless of where it teleport charges to there is someone close to daze it.
Move bros out of coldness. Keep it dazed. Keep throwing damage at it. It dies.
Profit.
Pros and cons of each daze weapon:
Twohanded Mace - Will always daze on hit and does real damage tho limited mobility to strike with it.
Staff Sling - With proper positioning and knockback of ijirok, you will always have a shot tho poor accuracy, sometimes takes a few shots to daze.
For the Ijirok, the short version is whack it with hammers to make it go last and maces to make it do less damage, and use a few archers with overwhelm to make it miss.
-1st turn, he attacks corner of formation and takes minor damage (only few bros can reach)
-2nd turn, he jumps into middle of my formation, inflicting decent damage. But gets attacked by everyone in response, gets dazed and loses most hp. I also find out that he's immune to nets.
-3rd turn, I go 1st because he's dazed (+adrenaline on slower bros) and finish him.

I had heard horror stories about this fight, so i waited until my team was mostly level 10 before i tried it. phht. no need. you can take this guy at level 6-7 I would think.
fwiw, he appears immune to any status effect BUT daze and bleed. could not stun, taunt, poison, or net him.
remember that cleaver you found in the ice cave? you can bleed it with that, but I didn't bother.
