Report a translation problem
Even though it is not stated on the tooltip of Bandage Ally, the skill also only works if the target is bleeding.
But why? That makes them completely useless. 7 AP and requers bleeding target to move. Just remove them from the game.
I'd guess it is that way because of balancing reasons and to keep it somewhat realistic.
Not useless, but to be honest it is not very often there is a need for them. I rather have a dog or somthing else. As long as a couple of brothers have them it is ok.
Fight Orcs? Need bandages. Fight goblins? Need bandages. Undead? Bandages. Any enemy that uses cleavers causes bleeding, bandages + Rotate or Footwork are a must.
