Decisive Battle Quest Bug

Hi, I recently started a quest where I'm supposed to help a noble house win a battle, unfortunately when my company reports to the camp to start the battle, the game gets stuck on on the quest window and can't proceed. Does anyone know of a way to get around this without cancelling the quest?

And if it make a defference, the town near the camp is about to be destroyed. I suspect that's what's causing the bug in the first place.
