basically against smaller swarming targets.
didn't really see the point of Adrenaline, I guess it allows you to act last, then act first which should theoretically get the job done. but thats a ton of stamina to pay.
Berserk is better. Your damage dealers should be doing a lot of killing, and that will include kililng the weaker enemies next to a strong one, such as orc young or injured orc warlords next to an orc warlord. Berserk almost doubles the potential damage output of your 2h guys, but is also great for archers who are killing the most vulnerable enemies on the field. Assuming you have the fatigue to attack more, it's probably the best perk out there for a damage dealer.
Adrenaline just doesn't come close. Attacking earlier for a high fatigue cost? Not powerful compared to berserk especially when you consider you are usually outnumbered in the endgame. I don't use adrenaline anymore.
It would be better if they had combined the recover and andrenaline perk so like, regain maybe 33% stamina and double initiative for the next turn or something.
Adrealine are first strike option but to costly.
While the 2h great swords will kill more things than any weapon, the longaxe/greataxe combo is easier to get with less than ideal recruits. This allows for great combos provided you have quickhands.
