Sickest 1.5k circle trade route with good starting brothers!

Ok I think I've got the sickest trade route. A cirlce walk in the south to loot 13 spots!!! inclusive Gem, Salt, Dye, Amber, Lumber and Copper. All on one street and you can drop it all of an Citadel on the way wit Furnance, Ore Smelter, Arrowmaker and Workshop or on two citiys with almost always blocked trade routes.

You can buy gems for like ~525 and sell them for ~800 on neutral relations!

Pros:
1.5k trading route with over 13 resources to grab!
Good starting brothers
3 Arrowmaker and 4 Hunters Cabin on the Map
There are plenty of good recruits
If you like raiding caravans, the north is perfect for that.
You can farm plenty of bandits on the way, so you dont have to take contracts. (Contracts gets your renown higher together with the Enemy Scaling)

Cons:
North sucks
Only 3 nonsense ports in the south
Only one sick Citadel

Bros:
Spear: Brute (56 Melee, 2Stars 58 Health, 1Star 102 Fatigue)
2Hander: Quick (2Stars 62 Melee, 65 Health)
Bow: Dexterous, Bright (62 Melee, 2Stars 49 Ranged,)


Little Bonus Tutorial
You start in the North but obviously you wanna go south. But don't go just with your 3 starting bros. Just grab all 3 Furs at Norre sell it at Homsguard. Recruit 3 more sheep brothers in Norre and Homsguard. I played this map 3 times and I've got very good recruits. One time a cheap well equipped militia guy, other time a 3 star melee wildman. When you have 6-8 Guys, kill Hoggat and go South. Before Schachtheim you will likely get ambushed by bandits so try to beat them or walk with a caravan/militia group. Then start the circle trade route, only take contracts when you need to clear trade routes or free the village from terror so you get cheap prices again. Because the more contracts you take the more renown you get and the higher the enemy scaling goes. Especially on veteran/expert Ironman you want to be well equipped fast!
One full circle walk without raided villages gets you ~1.5k - 2k profit. On the way you kill bandits and sell the loot in the citys.

Nice map, but at this point you might as well hex-edit your game and add 500k crowns, if all you're planning to do is run trade circles.

But the map does look pretty, I'll give you that :)

Some people rather obtain that money by playing the game instead of using cheat engine like you do

I'm playing Veteran Ironman without all the cheating, when one Bro dies he is gone. All my bros have "nine lives".
I did like 50 map restarts yesterday to get lucky like this i now fully celebrate this map. It's not cheating in my eyes, it's like any other game with random maps, take civ for example. If you got a good seed, sure you have an advantage, but getting this advantage is part of the min/max game.

But it's kinda silly to re-roll a map 50 times until you find something you can exploit economically. At that point, why not give yourself some money, and just play a map that looks nice instead?

If you play beginner you can play casual for the optics, on expert ironman you die in beauty. You have to min maxing everything, you take every advantage the game gives you. The game is ment to be played this way on ironman. Giving us map seeds and to discover good maps is part of the game and for you it is silly, for me it is fun :)

Like I said, I'm not judging; do whatever makes you happy.

As far as Expert Iron Man goes, yes, you have to min/max everything... including income.

I guess a 'perfect' route like your map has can offer a lot of help with that, especially early game. The only 'bad' thing about it is there's no northern port. Might be a pain getting around late-game if you're playing with permanent settlement destruction.

yeah i guess thats a pro and a con, they can take all the citys of the north down, when winter is coming, all i care is the south and my coktail and lambogini, driving the trade loot like a mtherfcker...

Invasion comes from the left and in the middle left you have 2 citadels!

Using somebody elses seed that has a perfect super easy route like this is basically cheating as you're breaking the game.

How do you actually make the money? Maybe I'm just new to this, but how is walking the circle gaining me anything? At first I thought it meant you could like "work the mine" or something, any help would be great.
