anyway to fix relations with noble house?
As title.

*dislike how I never find a not hired merc company to kill for the defeat another company ambition without pissing off a house.

This ambitions s*cks. I just don't take it anymore, it's so hard to find one that is linked to someone you don't care about...

Just take delivery contracts and wait until mercenaries come to mug you.

Do this ambition during the Noble War. Anyways, all relations go towards neutral over time. Hostile goes to cold and so on, just like positive drops over time.

I never saw that ambition during a noble war, but that would be an alternative, as well. As during noble wars you are bound to fight mercs if you pick sides. And I think the end of the crisis resets your relation with the enemy noble houses.

Confirmed. After war is resolved the hostile nobles turn neutral again with villages on cold, but with doing some contracts you can fix that.
