Is there anywhere I can sell them for what it says they are worth? the marketplaces only offer about 10%

Nope. You'll basically never sell anything but trade goods and valuables above base price. Top price I've seen for teeth/pelts is 18/42 respectively. 16/37 are good prices though.

The items are useful for events when you have certain people in your ranks. A witch-hunter can use the teeth to make an antidote, while a tailor can make armor using the direwolf pelts. Usually it is just best to sell them. To get best price, look for a town with raided caravans problem. That means it's a seller's market.

Wolf pelts i find are a good sample to tell if you're in the good sell value range.
If they sell for more than 40 then this is a good spot to do dump your inventory.

So it's a good idea to keep one in your inventory at all times just to check.

I read a post not long ago from someone, sorry, I forget who, who always carries 1 tooth in his inventory. Since it is worth 100 then he always knows the exact % his stuff will be selling for as its current sell value will be x/100. For example, if it will sell for 15 then he knows the town will buy his stuff for 15% of its value. And that lets him find the best towns to sell at.

Of course you can do it for the items that are 200 value too, then just cut it in half. 200 wolf pelt selling for 40 means 20%. Etc...
