Around these sources, you can save manually too.
Let me know if there's anything else ;)
Cheers!
It's always better when you have some grasp on where and when things are saved.
In other games when the game is saved automatically in spots not known to the player and far between it gets frustrating.
A tooltip will be shown in the game to let players know about this "save game" process ;)
Right now I'm in the house where someone is frozen and I'm trying to open a safe. I'd like to stop playing, but the game won't let me save. It hasn't autosaved for a while, either.
This is really annoying because if I quit, I'll probably have to redo a bunch of things.
Let me know if there's anything else ;)
Thanks for the good words :)
Also, the game should come with additional warm socks and a cup of hot chocolate. Thats how cold it feels *in a good way*
The character doesn't have a proper outfit because the storm was not supposed to be there in the first place. I won't tell more to avoid spoilers ;)
You can manually save your game through Parameter / Save game. You also need to be standing near a heat zone.
Also at the general store, there is a heater. You can save there as long as it works (need electricity).
So why do you need to be near a fire fire you ask? Well at first we did'nt wanted the player to save at a point wich he would at all the time die of cold, if he saved when his heat bar is very low and he could'nt reach any fire he would be screwd.
However we are looking for a more save anywhere, reload at checkpoint mechanic but right now, it could very much break the game. It will require more testing first.
Also I guess you need to light a fire in this stove, the coal might be warm but not enough to warm all of the place ( and er... save the game :P)
