"A Million Tiny Vampires" on his new album The Decisions is one by Warmer. I've asked Rem to pop by and list the others because there's a couple of titles I'm unsure of.

The OST is indeed instrumental only, you'll need to support the vocal artists directly for now - you could buy The Decisions (from Warmer) or the other tracks (names of them pending!) from bandcamp etc, Bogeyman by Black Casino & The Ghost (song used in trailer + game credits) is available there for example.

What song does Joe play on the Piano on the 4th floor?

If I'm not mistaken, the song Joe plays on the Piano is "The Noises She Makes In Their Bed" by Warmer- or at least the piano-intro to that song.
It's from The Cat Lady's soundtrack.

^This is correct, and I'd also like to point out to others in case you weren't aware yet that Joe Davis pretty much IS Warmer aka Jesse Gunn. He provided the voice and I'm pretty sure the likeness of himself for Joe, which is why it's a super cool bit that he plays that song on the piano and it's funny that Agnes says she recognizes the song and asks if it's Coldplay and Joe's like "it's not Coldplay" LOL

Warmer fits the games very well, but my favourite is still Thousand Shades of Red from the original Downfall.

What about the song that plays after you first meet the doctor? One where the girl is humming. I don't see that in the steam soundtrack.
