So what is the deep meaning of this game?

I think that I can't understand some parts of the game.And I think that this game should probably have some deep meanings,just like The Cat Lady.

If you understand Silent Hill 2, this is basically Silent Hill 2 mixed with The Shining....The Cat Lady is part 1 but this game is actually a reimagining of the first game the dev ever made, thankfully he got better with his writing imo

The Cat Lady sort of explains a lot about Susan. This is more like the Shining where we meet the nutter at the end of their journey as a sane person, knowing them mostly from their psychosis. So we're working based on the vibes we have.

But generally Joe doesn't seem to be a great guy and has a lot of problems.

This game is straight up Silent Hill 2 worship with some The Shining thrown in for good measure. Joe Davis has far more in common with James Sunderland than he has with Jack Torrance.
