the game crashes during custom battles . A few min into the battle . I updated all of my drivers and i have the newest patch . My computer isnt the issue either and i didnt have this issue 4 days ago, but when it started acting up the sound of the game would seem to lag and catch up all at once or something then crash. I need to fix this asap or im gonna have to get my money back from steam.

HI GUYS! what i did just today was i reformatted my whole laptop to its factory settings and reinstalled everything. Maybe you guys should try that :) total war is working for me now! and a message for Creative Assembly: Please improve your customer service because you guys are not really helping.. at all. Im not being a ♥♥♥♥ or anything just a suggestion because your customer service was not helpful in any way whatsoever.

Hello the total war launcher is not opening when i enter steam . ive been playing this game for months now and this is the first time this happend.

This is happening to plenty of other players, including myself at the moment. The only thing that allowed me to play was completely resetting my pcp to factory settings, which is not practical I know. So far there has been no support, so all we can do is wait. And by no support I'm refering to their support link as well. At least ten posts like yours, that are recent and not a single reply for any of them.

I can't update my game properly. It just stops and says "disk write error". And I've looked on the Steam Support Page, but I don't know what willwork for my game. I've been able to update other games, except this one.
