This skill increases stat of items modified by suffixes ("magical property"), e.g. Armor of Something. If "Something" increases Power, then Power will be increased more by this skill.
But the skill ignores resistances.
What armor is equipped by your character?
I'll recheck this skill today to be sure it works as it should.
just the body armor?
It should be fixed in today's update (v.1.1.29).
Skill increases stats of all items with suffixes except weapon: body armor, shields, boots, etc.
There is no much difference after I use the skill.
Another skill is useless--- use rage to restore 20 HP & 20 MP,quite too little in the latter levels. I think 20 + 20% of your total HP/MP will do the job.
It increases bonuses (except resistances) of all equipped items with magical properties by multiplying to 1.5 and rounding to nearest whole number. For example, Ring of Power +1 produces Power +2, Boots of Speed +3 give Speed +5. Enchanted Armor affects all equipped items except weapons: amulets, rings, helmets, boots and shields. If each such equipped item have at least one changed by magical property stat +1 (item has «of Something +X» in its name), the result is +6 to the character stats, which is a good bonus already. But many items on higher levels have better magical properties, thus cumulative bonus is more significant. Also, the Enchanted Armor is a passive skill that needs no any condition to raise the character stats. I guess, the only disadvantage is that it doesn’t affect resistances.
As for the Restoration skill, it is not substitution of other ways to replenish Mana or Health. Cleric’s branch of skill tree has the Healing skill, but it uses Mana and can’t cure negative effects. The Mage can learn the Meditation skill which allows to replenish Mana (calculated as portion of max Mana) in exchange of Rage. The Restoration is supportive skill, which allows to cure negative effects and a bits of Mana and Health when needed. Those small values are helpful on lower levels of the game, but curing effect is useful on higher levels of the game.
