ohh. better tried that when i got energized from easter snail. I;m still far from getting energized so i guess i wont have the achievement for now.

There is another achievement that requires you to click 35 times per second. Before you ask about how to get it, here is an answer: it seems to be impossible to get using normal means for example (energize-energize-clickstorm still only give 20 per second), so people use different other methods:
1. use autoclicker
2. use notebook where you can use mouse and touch pad at the same time to get extra 15 clicks per second
3. turn on keyboard control for mouse (http://www.nhs.uk/accessibilityhelp/Using-the-keyboard-to-control-the-mouse-in-Windows-XP.html for Windows XP, for example) then use "+" and "enter" keys at numpad to simulate mouse clicks

When your mouse or keyboard are able to execute makros you can do that as well, similar to an autoclicker.
Maximum clicks possible are 80 per second.

It is possible to get the 35 by clicking without mods or macros. You need to use an energised clickstorm though. so you only need to do 16 in a second, I did it by using a razor naga and tapping my 3 middle fingers in quick succession. Additionally I'm not entirely sure but when this happened my framerate dropped tremendously on the game which I think bugged it out and gave me slightly more time.

I can click average 20+ times and in rare cases up to 30 clicks, With the clickstorm, I managed to hit 35+. With energized clickstorm I managed to hit a whopping 57 clicks.

Don't know how to give you any tips or advice but my hands are like vibrators.

if u can type 'aaaaa' in a sec then it is possible to click that many times too. just use small taps like i do.

i got to 30 click per second with clickstorm. I dont have energize yet, but i use a laptop with a mouse connetcted to it and the mouse pad on the laptop

I just got to 35 clicks per second without clickstorm. I used the mouse pad on my laptop, and after awhile it frozed a bit and even though i stopped clicking, when it went back to normal it was still clicking on the screen then it said i got the achivement
