How do you get hero souls?

I need help with getting and learning to get hero souls.

- You earn 1 hero soul for every 2000 total hero lvls (you will earn these souls after ascending)
- after zone lvl 100 some bosses will drop hero souls
I'm fairly new at the game aswell so currently these are the only methods I know of... gl!

Initially you will only get a few souls on each ascension. As said above you get one soul for every 2000 combined hero levels you have, usually you should be able to get 14,000 or 16,000 total levels depending on if you try to grind to beat the zone 140 boss.
You will always have one soul dropped from Omeet on zone 100, then it depends on which bosses spawn as Primals which drop souls, there is a 25% chance that any particular boss will be a Primal when you first reach it.
