How to click 35 times in 1 second?

You can use an autoclicker.

Or if your hands are really fast, you might be able to pull it off with an Energized Clickstorm.

People with laptops may find it easier to pull these off since you can use the laptop pad + a regular mouse to click at the same time :D

Later in the game, you get a skill called "Energizer" letting you use the skill and using a follow up skill doubling the skill. So Energizer with clickstorm is 20 clicks per second instead of 10.

I semi-cheated by enabling Windows Accessibility Feature (SHIFT+ALT+NUMLOCK) then used Energize+Clickstorm to register 20 clicks per second and then spamming the numpad '5' and '+' key, which simulates left mouse clicks, to add to the 20 cps. You can easily push 40cps and above with this method. I've managed to max it out at 80cps.

Note: The game only registers 40 clicks per sec as the maximum amount but the stats can show up to 80 cps.

I got 25 on my 3rd try. Holding the mouse with one hand while clicking with the other.

25 is the highest I ever reached using clickstorm and clicking like a madman. It is pretty hard.

huh...i guess I'll try that alt+shift+num lock trick...seems to be a legit method...

Edit: left shift + left alt + num lock is the key

I did 38 cps with the Alt/Shift/Numlk trick when combined with clickstorm
plus its easier to hit the large + key than the mouse button.
won't work if your laptop has no numeric pad.
