Hero souls or Morgulis?

is it good to buy the Morgulis, Ancient of Death or keep the hero souls?

Morgulis give you 11% hero soul bonus. While it doesn't seem like much 100 hero souls put into Morgulis is equal to 110 hero souls

The only side affect is that those souls cannot be put into anything else unless you respec.
I farmed 100 souls into morgulis before i started on other ancients (To play it safe)

Morgulis leveling ALWAYS cost 1HS, and ALWAYS bring you 1 more % than a HS does.

You HAVE to buy Morgulis, but he is far from being the priority.

I uh, don't think it's worth it unless you put thousands and thousands of HS into him. The problem is that getting him will make the next ancient you get more expensive, so you're losing a lot more dps than you're gaining if you only put a couple hundred levels on him.

That's just my rough impression, and may not reflect the math.

Morg should be one of the last ancients you get since the dps bonus is so small and you need to account what Bomoo said about spawn cost.
Morg is useful when you can put 500,000 + in him, so late game ancient :P

Morgulis is good when you have a leveled Siyalatas as it is calculated after Morgulis and everything else :P

That's why I could go from 1.500e140 at some point to 1.650e140 after spending 2.000k

It wouldn't seem much, but it is a lot for idle farming (To reach further)

i got morg as my 1st ancient lol then libertas mammon and whichever one lowers lvl up cost bad rolls for me i guess didnt want to re roll tho seeing as i didnt have hardly any hs at that time

One thing to note with Morgulis, when you do get around to hiring it make sure that you have sufficient souls to place straight into it to make up for the loss of DPS from the souls used to purchase it. This should occur when you have a bank of souls of at least eleven times the cost to hire Morgulis, including the cost of any rerolls needed to make it available.
