Mid Game Ancient Advice...

Atman, Bubos, Dogcog, Dora, Fortuna, Khrysos, Kumawakamaru, Revolc and Vaagur at max...

Any suggestions on if I should continue to raise anything or just pump it all to Morgulus? Currently I've been raising Siy, Lib, and Argaiv by 10 and Mimzee by 20 per ascend and tossing the 30-40k remainder into Morgulus. I can get to 1700 usually before it slows down to much to be profitable.

Generally gain 70-80k souls per run. I can instant kill up until level 1450, but like to let it idle to the 1700s before ascends. I have 220 gilds in Pthalo and 25 in Orntchya.

How long does it take you to get to your gilded heroes, and how many levels can you put into them? Cause at that stage, you would want Frostleaf or Atlas to be your gild powerhouse- I'm thinking you could get them up to ~3000, and with the x10/x4 bonuses, it would likely outweigh whatever you can get Phthalo up to.

Someone with more knowledge is free to correct me, though.

Yeah I think I moved my gilds to soon, but I generally level the rangers in increments of 25 and keep a 500 lvl gap between. If Atlas is at 2000, Terra is at 1500 and Phthalo is at 1000 by level 1450... thats when the instant kills stop.

I'm usually moving on to Phthalo by the 35-40 minute mark of my runs. I hit a wall when I had Atlas as my gilded powerhouse so had to move them to Terra, but I think I may of moved them off Terra to soon. Just gonna hang it out for a while since it'd cost to much to move them back and just move them again in a few more ascends.

Generally, you'll eventually want to follow the math the guys have worked out on Reddit. I created a spreadsheet from everything I've gained from reading their comments every day. As far as I've seen these are the currently encouraged formulas for an idle build.

Argaiv = Siya + 9
Morg = (Argaiv+13)^2 (some people just use Siya^2)
Gold = Siya x .95
Solomon = Siya x .8 (reduce to .5 as price goes up; further in to late game)
Iris = Solomon - 300. Late game, optimal - 1002

I usually raise Solomon by 100 and then go back and raise Siya by another 100-200 and then follow the formulas here to get the rest raised up. Usually Argaiv next, then the gold ancients. Then back to the Solomon grind.

Currently, I'm far enough along it's taking several days to grind out the Solomon 100. I get anywhere between 7-8 levels per ascension, so it's somewhere around 12-15 ascensions to grind out 100 levels.

And speaking of Solomon. Your Solomon is really under leveled, if you're following the Reddit formulas. It's currently less then 20% of Siya and optimally should be in the 50-80% of siya range. You can balance out Siya and gold really fast.. Solomon's going to take a while to get to optimal.

Here's what my build looks like, using the rules mentioned above. Morg is currently about 30k under - just pushed siya and gold up 100 after I hit 900 Solomon. I need to raise Iris maybe 50 or 100 levels pretty soon. It's just rather expensive to raise Iris and going from 400 to 1600-1700's been working out okay. With the 900 Solomon I'm currently at 69% of Siya, which is a pretty good place to be. I net 190-200k souls per run. Where this build is now I'm still a few hundred siya levels from Banana (orntchya) being my optimal gild.

Wow, yeah looks like I need to get to work on Solomon then. I've been focusing mainly on gold and dps gains and let Solomon's price to % gains, sway me from going further.

Solomon grind kind of sucks lol. I pretty much only ascend a few times a day now because I've been getting bored of continuing to grind to raise him. At your levels it won't be so bad. Pretty sure you'll get a bunch of Solomon levels per ascension the first few times you dump everything in to him.

I also made the mistake of buying gilds early on with the rubies. Which is why I have 245 gilds and only reached 1760 as highest level. At least quick ascends give me nearly 70k souls now though.
