How I got to xxxxe15000 gold

There are 4 steps. You complete steps 2 through 4 over and over again...

Step 1. Focus on accumulating hero souls, as many as you can.

All other concerns are secondary. When I started this process, I spent money on Rubys, but this can be done for free (it just takes longer). This is the most difficult step and it starts slow.

Max out the following Ancients:
* Atman, Ancient of Souls. Maxes out at level 25, which gives 25% chance of primal bosses.
* Khryos, Ancient of Inheritance. Maxes out at Level 10, which gives 100M starting gold when ascending.

Level up the following Ancients (as many levels as you can):
* Pluto, Ancient of Wealth. 30% more gold from "Golden Clicks" per level.
* Mammon, Ancient of Greed. 5% more gold from monster deaths per level.
* Iris, Ancient of Vision. 1 starting zone at Ascension per level.

I'll admit, I paid 50 rubys a few times over to get the hero souls, but that just accelerates what is possible.

Step 2. Ascend.

You will have 100M starting gold (from Khryos). This will be enough to hire "Natalie, Ice Apprentice". The resulting DPS will give you significant pwnage against the early zone mosters. 1-click death each. The higher level you have your Mammon up to, the higher the gold drops will be (after several cycles through these steps, you'll start getting millions of gold per monster upfront). Use the quick gold to hire "King Midas", then focus on bringing him up to level 100 and then purchase the "Golden Clicks" ability. Once you have the "Golden Clicks" unlocked, go to the highest zone you have (which will be set by the level of Iris upon ascension), then activate the "Golden Clicks" and go nuts until the timer runs outs. If you can't even dent the monster, that's fine. The goal here is just easy gold - not kills. You can wait for the refresh, then do the golden clicks again; at first, this makes sense, but after a few cycles through these steps, just one bout of golden clicks will give you a ridiculous amount of gold. In either case, Use all the gold to hire the highest hero you can before proceeding to step 3.

Step 3. Go on the hunt for more hero souls.

Go to level 100 and just start playing like "normal". If the monsters get too difficult at a certain level, go back to level 100 and play through again. and again, and again (you'll get a little higher each play through) This whole time, you should purchase the highest possible hero (as opposed to leveling existing heros). The goal here is to hit "Primal bosses" which come up every now and then and will drop hero souls upon their death. Use these souls to pump levels into Pluto, Mammon, and (most importantly) Iris. At some point, when Pluto and Mammon are sufficiently leveled up to be able to complete step 2 quickly, just start focusing on Iris. Also, during this step, be sure to hire Amenhotep and get him to level 150.

Step 4. Level up some low-rank heros.

After you get tired of step 3, use whatever gold you have to hire a bunch of lower-level heros and rank them up to as high as you can. Keep ranking up whatever is the cheapest to gain 1 rank. The goal here is to get as many total ranks as you can (regardless of addition to DPS). When you're done, ascend (Amenhotep's ability) and go back to step 2.

Every time you go through this cycle, Iris will get you to higher and higher starting zones, which will give you higher and higher levels to get more and more gold from the golden clicks ability, which will allow you to accumulate more and more ranks/primals, which means more and more hero souls, which will get Iris to higher and higher starting zones, and so on.....

I did this God know how many times and ended up with Iris on level 25,000 where Golden Click drops were in the e15208 range. I ranked up Iris some more and tried to ascend again, but the game just froze and crapped out.

Clarifications.

* You only need Mammon, Ancient of Greed up to a level such that you can quickly get King Midas up to level 100 (as quick as is comfortable for you) at each ascension. After that, all focus is on Iris and Pluto.

* Over time, the benefit of investing in Iris will far out-weigh the investments in Pluto. Keep that in mind in the early stages when each ancient is still in a low level of upgrade.

As if it wasn't obvious enough because of his other stats, this strategy couldn't work anyway. Last time I checked, there are no primals below your starting level.

I do believe him that his game crashes, but I'm sure it is because he broke something himself while editing his save file. After all, there is no reason why it should break this "early". The exponents of those numbers are many orders of magnitude below what can be achieved even with the simplest of big float formats.

What is it with those people that cheat and then brag about it? Is it for a lack of real accomplishments? Never done anything that is worth bragging about? In a way, it is kind of sad.
