That makes more sense to me, keeping in spirit of the history behind Leeroy Jenkins.
Having it literally be named Leeroy Jenkins would be silly.
There are 8 tiers of Merc ..
Common (+/-)5%
Uncommon (+/-)8%
Rare (+/-)10%
Epic (+/-)20%
Fabled (+/-)50%
Mythical (+/-)200%
Legendary (+/-)500%
Transcendent (+/-)2000%
Leeroy Jenkins maybe the only One Trancendent in game ..

Oh apparently the wiki has one.
So.. if names have nothing to do with rarity then chance to get Leeroy Jenkings is 1/152.

We don't know how many mercs he had and lost inbetween. 1/152^3 is just the chance to get 3x Henry in a row starting with the next one. If you get one, that one is nothing special, then there is a 1/152^2 chance to get two more with the next two recruits. But he got at least a Diane inbetween, and judging by the level gaps a few more as well.
Since i revive until they are at least level 11 there was no one inbetween.
