How long does it take to "finish" the game?

I was just browsing around trying to find some info on this and some people I saw said 300 hours and some said upwards of 7000, so I was just wondering how long it actually takes to get all of the achievements (steam ones) without like cheating or using someone else's save file.

I know you can never really finish the game now since it doesn't end now but yeah it was just sort of a general interest. And getting all the achievements isn't necessarily finishing the game or whatever. And I only want to include the steam achievements because the new ones with quests will take ages I'm sure, as well as the relic ones.

Either idle method or active really doesn't matter, I'm nearing 400 hours and currently I'm only missing 100K bosses, 250 Ascensions, and then a bunch of zone achievements. And also I ascend at around 1550, so I'm a little less than half of the way to the zone achievements, but I'm even less so towards the bosses one. Either way if anyone knows or can give me an estimate that would be cool, thanks

im at 452 hours only 3 cheeves to go,
zone 3463/3600
need 40k boss kills for 100k
need approx 90 more ascentions for 250

the later 2 can be farmed relativley easily but the zones are killing me,

So did you grind for those zones or do you get there on every run? Cuz at my current state I pretty much hit my wall at around 1750 or so, but it is using the Idle method so yeah I guess I could get as high as I wanted with active? I'm not sure

yea slowly ground zones and progressed a little each run. sometimes it pays to just farm hs for awhile when u hit a wall until u can blast right past it.
I picked it up as i thought it'd be an easy 100% #regrets.
