Is there a Limit to the amount of Treasure Chest Chance?

My Dora is level 30'000
My Sen-Akhan is level 95 with a +9500% bonus to Dora
My Treasure Chest Chance at floor 1 is 9505% and immediately drops at floor 500

Am I wasting Ancient Souls by investing in Sen-Akhan, is there some type of cap I don't know about?

Dora is not a straight Additive.
at max Dora is 1% Base Chance +99% Chance from Dora with 9405% from Sen-Akhan.

FYI: Dora reaches its maximum bonus at level 18,715 (9900%).

Would be nice if Dora just displayed the raw bonus of 99% instead of 9900% which is just terribly confusing.
