As for Ancients, after transcending, I get 2 QAs, then I get Siyalatas and Libertas (and Solomon if I'm lucky), followed by Mammon, Mimzee, Argaiv, Morgulis, Atman, Dogcog and Dora. I get some of the rest as I get farther. By the time I can spend at least 10 million HS, I would have summoned all the Ancients.
In short, your post is helpful in some ways, but it has some flaws. There are guides and lots of helpful information in the pinned threads that you might want to check out.
Edit: Treebeast right now I have at level 4300, and 1 hit killing bosses and monsters in .5 seconds or less at level 1600+ and his damage is 1.763e119.
2.79 / 2.3 = 1.21
This means that Samurai gives about 21% more DPS than Treebeast for the same amount of gold spent.
Proof with screenshots :

Samurai : http://prntscr.com/btpnub
Well, okay, they might not have the exact same cost per level in those screenshots, but the bonus DPS per level is so incredibly small at high levels that it makes little to no difference. And as I said earlier, it has been proven before that Samurai is more efficient than Treebeast.
Or you can completely ignore everything I said and pretend you're always right because you said so.
The damage for Treebeast is greater because right now I have him at 5050 and the Samari at 4925... the damage on Samari is less and the cost to upgrade them is different. After I ascend I will take screenshots and show you guys what I mean, I will gild both of them, 50% each and show you that Treebeasts damage is far greater per cost, because I can't get Samari to be same level as Treebeast, because its cheaper to level Treebeast.

While Treebeast is level 5000, Samuri will be 4900, and Treebeasts damage will be greater because higher level. You can't get Samuri to be the same level as Treebeast when maxing out levels, so the damage for Treebeast is greater per cost and level, because Samuri is always going to be lower level than treebeast when leveling them because of the costs to level.

I won't argue the fact that Treebeast is good for lower levels, but when you hit mid to late game levels he will be outgunned by the time you can gild Atlas and above.
It becomes a matter of how fast you grind gold and how high/fast you can level the higher heroes. Like if I moved all my gilds from Cadmia to Moloch I would actually drop in damage because I can't level him to a point that his DPS would outgun Cadmia. But on same token I cannot deny he will be a ton better.
