It does also depend on your personal life and if you will have time to spend after transcending to jumpstart yourself since beginning of transcending requires more attention.
As when to transcend, i have to agree with Jake2099, do it when it fits your schedule, most efficient will be to look at AS/hour.
My last transcend i could transcend in 48 hours with +13 AS = 0.270AS/hour, using 1 QA 3 timelaps, that did not fit my schedule, so i transcended after 57 hours with +14 AS = 0.245AS/hour, using 1 QA 2 timelaps.
My build at that time 3/10/12/31/20.
All hail Borb.
No problem. It's really just personal preference, it's a game so it's completely up to you. I transcend when I have 7-8 AS usually, though this next one will be at least 9. I'm low on rubies or I would have transcended tonight. Transcensions get longer and longer, mostly because each time your individual ascensions will be longer. For this reason I like the idea of getting more bang for my buck, so to speak.
Yes, that is what I was saying. Each extra AS you're gaining multiplies your new TPR cap by 1.6. So +6 AS versus +8 AS equates to roughly 2.5 multiplier, for example. Going from 6 to 8 shouldn't take more than a day or two at most, so unless your transcensions are very fast I think it would pay off in the long run.
