Where is my gilded heroes after Transendence?

You lose all your gilds when you transcend. As the window states if you click the button.

Except the gilds you bought with rubies, they'll unlock sometime when you progress into the game.

You get them back once you progress.

You lose all guilds obtained through beating zones and have to regain them starting zone 100+. At the same time the guilds you bought with rubies will be restored by small portions in zones 100 to 300 along with normal +1 guild rewards (it says +1 guild and +x guilds restored). I was gaining 1+21 guilds every 10 zones until all my ruby-guilds were back at zone 300.
