Maximum number of autoclickers?

How many autoclickers do i need to go for the max click per second? currently i have 5

5 Autoclickers should be giving you 51 clicks/second. This should appear on you 'statistics' tab - 3rd line down ("Auto Clicks Per Second") of the second grouping of stats ("Clicking").

The maximum achievment that I see regarding clicks is "Convulstions - Click 35 times in one second".

Conventional Wisdom is that for optimal ruby usage you only buy 5 or 6 autoclickers. I currently have 27 (378,768 clicks/second). When I Energize the Clickstorm skill that gives another 2 AC. 29 Autoclickers on Monsters do 852,227 clicks/second. Each AC after the 6th one increases your clicks/second by 50%.

There isn't a maximum to answer your question simply, only the time or money you are willing to spend getting rubies to buy them with.

Personally I use 12 (13 with the first skill) on the monsters and 1-2 on the current heroes I'm levelling. Once Dark Matter is maxed you can pretty much go ham on the skills assuming you are an active build.

Let's see, only been on Steam for 2 years, 189 autoclickers and new post about being at zone ~950k something...
Sure buddy, post about your blatant cheating all over, nobody will pick up on it.

For those of you who'd like to argue against me, just figure the number of rubies required to get 189 ACs and where they would be if they had spent some of those rubies on TLs. Yeah, not ~950k for sure.

Yeah it's not hard to see it's cheating with that number of Autoclickers. Even 27 is pushing the boat out a little. I have put lots of time actively clicking double rubies and I'm at 11 bought, 1 paid with real money and 1 when activating clickstorm. I have been focusing more on merc revives recently though so I can believe 27 is possible especially if more than a handful were bought with real money perhaps.
