Forge Core Tip
I've recently noticed that upgrading relics increases the value of forge cores you gain from salvaging them. You can do this by first attempting to break them to see the value you would gain, exiting out, upgrade a low level relic, then check the value again and it should be increased by 5-100 (maybe more) cores. Whatever the difference is, upgrade that relic until the next upgrade would cost more than the gain (if the first upgrade increased by 20, then all subsequent upgrades will also increase by 20), then salvage it. Doing this, you can turn a 50 core forge relic to a 120 or so one, by spending about 20-30 cores, which can be a pretty nice boost, especially for early transencion.

you re loading a save each time?
for doing test, why not, but each time you want to upgrade a rekic?some gy did stats on his and came with an exact number of time sto upgrade the relic (before selling it) before it snot worth it any more.
it was ;like, 2 or 3 times.

What? No, it displays a message of how many forge cores you will receive before you confirm on salvaging. This allows you to see how many forge cores a relic is worth without breaking it.

you cant see the new value of the relic if you dont make the irreversible step of upgrading it.

Yes, you upgrade it after checking the value. If a new relic is worth 40 cores, and you upgrade it for 1 core, and if it becomes worth 60 cores, then you know that each upgrade increases the value by 20 cores. So then you do the second upgrade for 2 cores, the third for 4, then 8, then 16, THEN salvage it. So for the cost of 31 cores across upgrading, you increase what would have been 40 cores to 120 cores. 80 more cores, minus the 31 you spent, netting you a bonus 49 cores by doing this.

ok, i see.
the important info was :
"if the first upgrade increased by 20, then all subsequent upgrades will also increase by 20"
i read too fast.

are you really sure about that fact?
god there should be a formula somewhere. if it snot relic level, maybe its initial level.

indeed this is a good prediction of the next step if you do the first, and the first being one i sacceptable.

I've checked between each upgrade on a few relics and they all increase by the same amount as the first time, if 5 the next is 5, if 50 the next is also 50.

Can be really awesome when you do a quest that gives 10 or so relics at a very high HZE, can turn +2000 cores to +3500 at the cost of maybe 200 cores.
