Ousiders priority ?

Which outsiders should i focus to upgrade after transcending ? I have searched for guides on google and steam forum but can't find any tier list.

I simply read the descriptions of each outsider and went from there... in the end you'll find that there is a certain point where all of the Outsiders become more or less irrelevant except for Borb (but I think you have to have TP in the 24% range or have a HZE > 500k.... not entirely sure because, as I said, I just did what looked useful to me for where I was at in the game).

In my previous Transcension I got stopped out around Zone 830k or something like that. I had reached an uncomfortably large number of monsters per zone at that time as well because I had under-allocated Borb and had quite a few AS allocated to the other Outsiders . Looking back, I should have respec'd my Outsiders prior to starting that Trans... but oh well. I did the respec on my current Trans and plugging away (currently on Ascension #113, HZE 1,650,114).

use this as rule of thumb: one level in borb gives you one less monster per zone on kuma. kuma starts without any borb level at -8. you start with 10 monsters per zone and get 0.1 more every 500, so 1 more every 5000 stages. 2 monsters is the minimum.
example: you think you get to zone 100000 in your next transencion, so you have 10 monsters by default + 1 for every 5000 zones, so at zone 100000 you get maximum 30 monsters per zone. when you just wanna reach the minumum of 2 monsters per zone and kuma gives -8 by default, you need 20 borb levels additionally, to get kuma to a boost of -28 monsters so you have perfectly 2. but exspecially at the mid game at around 100000zones you start making huge jumps, so you might aswell bump some extra levels into borb, as having more than 2 monsters per zone is probably the worst thing that can happen. other ancient boosters get irrelevant over time, orphalas is not even worth giving any level at any time, you should try to level rhageist to keep atman effective though. ponyboy and chorgoloth are the rest you need to level, no rule there, just go with your gut. if you have an odd amount of ancient souls left after upgrading all necessarry outsiders and you cant get any more levels in important ones, put them in phandoryss. he isnt that helpfull but cheap and helps with the 1st ascension. and dont forget to secure clan rewards before your transencion, so you get 8 hero souls when you reach zone 50 (yesterday and todays raid) and with enough levels into chorgoloth and a little bit luck you get kuma with them and have 2 monsters right at your first ascenion already
