I don't think there is any benefit to leveling Cid beyond what you need to get all the available upgrades. That autoclicker would've been better used on the monsters (ie: 1 leveling Tsuchi and 4 on the monsters).
ETA: Just did a quick experiement test w/my current run: I had Cid leveled to 9999 (1.286e285 DPS) and was dealing 3.508e14734 DPS (Combo 2.000e7x) with the following levels in Jugg/Frags/Bhall:
Bhaal - 2.000e1905
Fragsworth - 2.000e1905
Juggernaut - 2.000e1524
I just leveled Cid as much as I could (to Level 308709 - 4.737e3815 DPS).
That e3815 new DPS from Cid did nothing to the e14734 DPS I was already dealing w/o Cid being bumped up.
... and I just lost all my Jugg combo and my new DPS is: 8.768e13206 DPS (so Cid's contribution is essentially non-existant).
Hero Soul distribution:
Bhaal: 1000s
Fragsworth: 1000s
Juggernaut: 10000q
Im assuming at much higher levels dps becomes more effective than click damage, because it seems like greedy is much farther than I am and cid is basically useless to him.
Odd/Interesting. Would you mind posting a more complete listing of your Ancient levels? You can use Clicker Lister (https://graceoflives.github.io/clicker-lister/).
Argaiv: 1000s
Atman: 150
Berseker: 150
Bhaal: 1000s
Bubos: 150
Chawedo:150
Chronos:150
Dogcog: 150
Dora: 150
Energon: 150
Fortuna: 150
Fragsworth: 1000s
Hecaton: 150
Jugg: 10000q
Kleptos: 150
Kuma: 162
Mammon: 2000s
Mimzee: 2000s
Morgulis: 10000!
Plato: 2000s
Revloc: 150
Sniperino: 150
Vaagur: 150
The levels are a little different from when I ran the test, because I ran the test before I used some of my hero souls. I also accidently maxed out Kuma, so my heroes are not exactly leveled up the way I normally would.
Chor 8
Phand 64
Pony 12
Borb 3
Rhag 4
KAri 2
Orp 2
Sen 2
Well Phan over Chor seems to be a regular thing and its pretty obviouse to me since the growth in price together with the exponentual decrease of the bonus from chor against the constant price and exponential growth of the benefit of Phan.
Why Phand over Pony:
If you double your damage you get about 40-50% more HS (my experience sofar) while if you put double AS in Pony you get about 40% more HS. Thats why you should spend the AS evenly in those - therefore Pony has a lower level because of price-growth
Phan costs 1 As / level, so I just compare 1 level of Pony with "Cost of Pony" levels of Phan.
Example : 1 level of Pony (from 12 to 13) costs 13 AS. So I compare 1 level of Pony with 13 levels of Phan (which have the exact same cost).
Then, I do the maths :
Benefits of Phan = (actual level + intended additional levels) / actual level
Benefits of Pony = Intended next level bonus / actual bonus
If Benefits of Phan >> Benefits of Ponys, I level Phan up (and vice versa)
Otherwise if the benefits are similar, I level them up equallly.
That's how I end up with Phan lvl 79 and Pony lvl 14 (previously Phan lvl 52 and Pony lvl 12).
